If anyone hasn't bought/ordered the Barefoot Gen comic, the site Humble Bundle is currently having a "banned comics" bundle which includes Barefoot Gen. This bundle with the Barefoot Gen costs around $12 which is around the cost for a paperback copy on amazon and includes many other cool comics that were also banned and/or challenged. And you can donate most of that money to charity when purchasing it so win-win. The bundle ends in five days however so order soon! (You can still get the first tier of books by paying just a few cents)
On a side note if anyone needs a PDF copy of Barefoot Gen, I will be purchasing this bundle and be sharing it with anyone who still needs it (maybe for a dollar XD ...still saving $10).
